TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to Askmoko.com (the "Askmoko"). By using Askmoko and/or participating in any of its services, you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Definition of Terms
"Askmoko" means the Askmoko.com website and its owner(s).
"Seller" means the person and/or organization that submits and/or owns an Advertisement about products, services, announcement, and/or offers in Askmoko and other systems.
"Buyer" means the person and/or organization interested in buying, getting, and or/accepting the Advertisement.
"User" means any other person using the Askmoko system and its services.
"Advertisement" means the content which the seller intends to be published and those which are already published in Askmoko and other systems.
"AVP" means the Ad Verification Process.
"Askmoko" means the Askmoko.com website and its owner(s).
"Seller" means the person and/or organization that submits and/or owns an Advertisement about products, services, announcement, and/or offers in Askmoko and other systems.
"Buyer" means the person and/or organization interested in buying, getting, and or/accepting the Advertisement.
"User" means any other person using the Askmoko system and its services.
"Advertisement" means the content which the seller intends to be published and those which are already published in Askmoko and other systems.
"AVP" means the Ad Verification Process.
"Askmoko Profile" means the profile of the Buyer, Seller, and User which contains received, gathered and collected information, directly or indirectly, from various sources necessary to verify identity of each person or entity.
"Askmoko Review" means the feedback(s) of the Buyer, Seller, and/or User to a person or entity they had transacted with.
SELLER
The Seller shall act in good faith in handling all transactions with Askmoko, the Buyer and Users and in all of his/her customers and consumers. Seller is solely liable for any loss or damage, financial or otherwise, as a result of his/her act or omission.
BUYER
The Buyer shall act in good faith in doing business with the Seller, Askmoko, and all Users. Buyer is solely liable for any loss or damage, financial or otherwise, as a result of his/her act or omission.
AD VERIFICATION PROCESS
AVP is the set of rules, guidelines and procedures followed by Askmoko in the collection, evaluation, verification, and use of the information gathered.
AVP is comprised of the following levels of verification and the corresponding requirements, rules, and actions for each level, subject to these Terms and Conditions:
Askmoko Verified - Level 1
All of the following requirements shall be met by the Seller for the Advertisement to be considered for evaluation:
1. The Advertisement shall have a clear description and specification of the product, service, announcement, or offer that will help Buyer assess the type, quality, and other details to be considered on decision-making. This include, but not limited to, the model, price, condition, production date, brand and reason for selling. The title of the Advertisement shall not include special characters, no more than five (5) uppercase letters, and other inappropriate characters as to be determined by Askmoko. Askmoko may contact the Seller from time-to-time regarding the status of the Advertisement sent.
2. The Seller shall provide real FULL NAME and the most recent COMPLETE ADDRESS to Askmoko.
3. The Seller shall provide at least one(1) active mobile/phone number that is widely accessible by the majority.
4. The Seller shall provide at least one (1) clear copy of Seller photo to be publicly posted on his/her Askmoko Profile.
5. The Seller shall submit at least three (3) actual and most recent picture of the product, service, offer or announcement that are not generic, copyrighted, illegal, fraudulent, pornographic, misleading, or immoral.
6. NO part of the Advertisement shall be determined by Askmoko to be inappropriate, fould, illegal, fraudulent, pornographic, misleading, insufficient, and/or immoral.
USER can notify Askmoko if a posted Advertisement is found violating these Terms and Conditions and Askmoko may take necessary actions for each case. Askmoko has the right to remove any Advertisement, at any time, without prior notice and explanation. Askmoko also has the right to rearrange or modify an Advertisement as deemed necessary or appropriate.
Each Advertisement shall expire after ninety (90) days from the posting date and may be removed by Askmoko without prior notice.
Verification levels for each Advertisement by Seller may vary depending on the status, actions and performance of each.
Askmoko Verified - Level 2
For an Advertisement to pass this level, Askmoko should have received and approved clear colored scanned copies of at least two (2) government issued identification and/or documents to technosmartph@gmail.com.
Askmoko Verified - Level 3
For an Advertisement to pass this level, Askmoko should have received and approved from Seller all of the following documents to technosmartph@gmail.com:
1. clear colored scanned copy of at least one (1) proof of home address (it could be the latest internet, landline, bank, statement which contains the FULL NAME and COMPLETE ADDRESS of the Seller.
2.link of the Seller's authentic profile in a major social media or business website
Askmoko Verified - Level 4
For an Advertisement to pass this level, Seller should pass the Askmoko Transaction Security Validation Test(s) conducted by Askmoko in a random basis once every month. Askmoko may pose as a Buyer or customer and evaluate Seller and Advertisement based on the Terms and Conditions herein and the rules and guidelines set for the AVP from time-to-time.
Askmoko Verified - Level 5
For an Advertisement to pass this level, Askmoko should have received and approved at least five (5) valid reviews from past and existing customers or consumers for such Advertisement posted. A valid Askmoko Review shall include a strong proof regarding the concern of the review.
Askmoko has the right to publish or hold and/or modify or revoke the Askmoko Review as may be deemed necessary and appropriate by Askmoko.
Askmoko reserves the right to adjust the verification level of the Advertisement at any time, without prior notice.
SUBMISSION OF ADVERTISEMENT
The Advertisement shall be sent only to any of the following:

The Advertisement sent, in any form, shall be the property of Askmoko and the Seller consents Askmoko to evaluate, record, modify, share, and/or publish the Advertisement and other information.
ASKMOKO PROFILE
Askmoko may assign, maintain, and publish an Askmoko Profile for each Seller, Buyer, or User that will contain information received, gathered, and assessed by Askmoko from Seller and other sources.
CLOSING OF ADVERTISEMENT AND/OR ASKMOKO PROFILE
Askmoko has the right to hold or terminate the Askmoko Profile at any time without prior notice. However, Buyer, Seller, and/or User may wish to remove Askmoko Profile under his/her identity by sending a Letter of Intent for Askmoko Profile Closure, explaining the reasons and the specific date the Seller wishes the Advertisement and/or Profile to be removed. Askmoko will remove the Advertisement and/or the Profile thirty (30) and ninety (90) days from receipt of the letter.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Askmoko shall have the right to collect, record, gather, assign, disclose and publish soft information of the Seller, Buyer, or User. Askmoko will not disclose hard information without the consent of the Seller.
ASKMOKO REVIEW
Any person with past or recent transactions with the Seller or Buyer may send an Askmoko Review (with strong proof) and Askmoko shall have the right to publish or remove an Askmoko Review at any time without prior notice.
